Slider Inn: Reviews & Ratings
I really enjoyed great comfort food in portions that I was not afraid to try multiple items. We tried the frito pie, a chili dog, and 3 different sliders. I will definitely be back for more. I could not stop eating their sweet and salty fries.
I’ve been to the original Slider Inn in Midtown before, but had never checked out this location—so one weekday evening, we finally decided to go for a casual dinner. Parking was unexpectedly easy—we snagged a spot right in front of the restaurant. That said, I can imagine it might be more of a hunt on busy weekends. The space itself has a cool loft-meets-industrial vibe with modern touches and a bar-style layout. Not overly crowded that night, but still had a nice, easygoing energy. We skipped the drinks and appetizers—though it’s clearly a go-to spot for cocktails, especially on livelier nights. Since it was midweek, we kept things simple and dove straight into the sliders. My husband ordered the meatball slider with a side of trendy nacho-style fries—definitely a hit on their menu and pretty satisfying overall. I went for the mix-and-match trio: Nashville hot chicken, grilled chicken with avocado, and a ribeye slider done medium rare with a charred finish. Each had its own personality. The ribeye was hands down my favorite—tender, juicy, and flavorful. The Nashville hot chicken is a classic, always a safe bet, though not particularly standout this time. Fries on the side were standard but satisfying. We ended the meal with their bread pudding. It was… fine. Nothing memorable, but a nice sweet note to wrap things up. Overall, a chill midweek dinner spot with good vibes and solid slider options. Prices felt a bit on the higher side for what you get, but if you’re craving variety and a casual night out, it’s worth a try.
Good food, I really enjoyed their vegan cauliflower and tofu wings. Half a dozen makes for a lunch that doesn’t sit too heavy in the belly.
Nice environment, waitress recommend a jameson lemon cherry slushie . I ordered 2 one for me and my lady.. Boy was i disappointed..it lacked flavor and liquor. She said it was popular i don't see how, and i don't recommend...Now the 3 sliders i ordered where good. I had the shrimp , jerk chicken & Buffalo. There where delicious.. they take out $20 gratuity off the muscle .. Things where definitely over priced. I was the only person that ate. Plus the 2 drinks and my ticket was $60‼‼‼ i was shocked. Never again
The service here was very good, the staff was super nice. The vegan ittle burgers with fries were good, but the fries had too much salt. I had the vegan buffalo wings and a side of fries (too salty). To be fair, I cannot -not- recommend it, the food was well prepared, but for me, the barbecue sauce was way too strong. I was sick the rest of the day. It was too strong for me. If you love a well prepared and strong barbecue sauce, then this is a good option for you. Prices are reasonable. They charge a 20% gratuity. It will be already included in your check. They have a big screen to watch football games and a bar area as well.
As a vegetarian it is so nice to find a slider place with so many vegetarian and vegan options. We tried both the vegan wings and the veggie sliders. I do wish the server had explained a bit more that the egg and pb&j sliders are just that, no vegan meat. Those we probably would have skipped. The vegan chicken slider and veggie burger were great. The wings are a combo of tofu sticks and cauliflower bunches with a kick.
